My Story

My path into naturopathy began with my own health struggles — years of IBS, food intolerances, and eventually a PCOS diagnosis that left me feeling unheard, confused, and disconnected from my body. I was often told things were “normal” or handed a quick fix, but deep down I knew there had to be more to the story. That search for answers sparked a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal when given the right support, and ultimately led me to study naturopathy.
Today, I support women who feel stuck, frustrated, or dismissed in their health journeys because I’ve been there. My work is about uncovering root causes, rebuilding trust in your body, and creating gentle, sustainable change that actually makes sense for real life.
When I’m not in clinic, you’ll usually find me adventuring with my Aussie Shepherd pup (Ody) and fiancé, hiking through forests, chasing sunsets, or taking off on spontaneous trips. Time in nature keeps me grounded, curious, and deeply connected to why I do this work in the first place.
